1:9. ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ವಾಗ್ದಾನವನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸು. ಒಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಅರಸನನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಿರುತ್ತೀ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಧೂಳಿನೋಪಾದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರು ತುಂಬಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

1:9. ಈಗ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ನೀನು ಮಾಡಿದ ವಾಗ್ದಾನವು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾಗಲಿ, ಲೆಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಧೂಳಿಯ ಹಾಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿರುವ ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಅರಸನಾಗ ಮಾಡಿದಿ.
